Grant Thornton’s empower program

One of my favorite projects of all time! I led the Grant Thornton employer brand recruitment campaign, Empower, which focused on students at historically Black colleges. The campaign exceeded its targeted goals:

57% increase over expected applications, 314 students applied and 50 were accepted

Utilized the Discord social media platform to connect students with Grant Thornton employees and offer career mentorship

The campaign earned a Gold Muse Award in 2021

Best of all, students found a place they felt comfortable seeking mentorship and moving their careers forward!
